Shipping Policy

 

Holt Renfrew is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in Canada. Both Canadian billing and shipping addresses are required to place an order. Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and includes processing time of 24 hours to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing can take up to 48 hours in peak sale periods. Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

Please note orders placed after 11:00 am (EST) or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Shipping is not available to PO boxes on orders shipped via Next Day shipping. Please select Standard Ground to ensure shipping to your PO Box.

Qualifying purchase is before taxes on a single transaction for the purchase of one or more online products. Shipping charges and increased shipping time will apply to remote markets. Remote shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. Remote markets include areas that are located far from a delivery network or serviced by Canada Post Air Stage. Only Standard shipping is available to remote markets. Please note that we reserve the right to amend the free shipping threshold and shipping rates at any time, without notice.

Delivery

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote markets. When ordering, phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

A signature will be required for orders over $500. Orders will not be left at your door. If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the post office within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to Holt Renfrew.

 

Tracking Your Order

We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address you provided when placing your order, including when your item(s) ship. You can also view your order status and tracking information online by clicking the Order Status link on the top of holtrenfrew.com. Click on your order number to view the details.

 

Availability

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items shipped and the amount charged to your card. Depending on the size of your items, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Check your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to determine if you should expect multiple shipments.

While we are pleased to offer free samples with beauty merchandise purchases, they too are subject to availability. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret we are unable to reship samples if a sample arrives damaged, if you received a sample that differs from the sample selected during checkout, or if a sample is missing from your order.

 

Restrictions

Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products, such as fragrances and nail polish, are considered hazardous materials by Transport Canada, and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping. Perishable food items may also be subject to shipping restrictions.
